- "Job" refers to a delivery booking made through the platform
- "Bid" refers to a driver's offer to complete a job
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. For Customers
By using our services as a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
- Ensure items are properly packaged for transport
- Declare the true value and nature of items being transported
- Not request transport of illegal or prohibited items
- Pay the agreed amount upon successful delivery
- Be available at pickup and delivery locations at agreed times
5. For Drivers
By using our services as a driver, you agree to:
- Hold valid driving licence for your vehicle type
- Maintain valid vehicle insurance including goods-in-transit cover
- Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and properly maintained
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your vehicle
- Complete jobs professionally and on time
- Handle items with care and maintain confidentiality
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from transport through our platform:
- Illegal goods or substances
- Hazardous materials
- Weapons and explosives
- Live animals (without prior arrangement)
- Perishable goods requiring refrigeration (without prior arrangement)
- Cash and negotiable instruments over £1,000
- Items exceeding driver's vehicle capacity
7. Payments
Payment terms:
- Customers agree to pay the bid amount accepted for their job
- Payment is due upon successful completion of delivery
- Drivers receive payment within 48 hours of job completion
- We reserve the right to charge a commission on completed jobs
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
8. Cancellations
Cancellation policy:
- Customers may cancel jobs before a bid is accepted at no charge
- Cancellations after bid acceptance may incur a fee
- Drivers may withdraw bids before job award at no penalty
- Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension
9. Liability and Insurance
Limitation of liability:
- Drivers are responsible for items while in their possession
- Drivers must maintain adequate insurance coverage
- Our liability is limited to our commission on the job
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Customers should arrange additional insurance for high-value items
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false information
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Receive repeated negative feedback
- Fail to comply with legal requirements
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including logos, text, and graphics, is our property or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
